A couple days ago, a friend of mine gave me a modern greek music. Actually I wasn’t a fan of Greek songs or music, but since my friend has Greek heredity, she really loves listening to Greek music. She just gave me couple Greek songs from number of genres. There are some pop Greek songs, hip hop songs (which are my favorites) and also some slow rock Greek songs. Because I would like to appreciate her, I tried listening to those songs in my spare time. I don’t want to say that Greek songs are awful, otherwise Greek songs are great! The flow of the symphony is good but the only problem for me is about the lyric.

Yes, all Greek songs that my friend gave to me have Greek written lyrics, so it is quite difficult to me to get used to with their accent, the way they pronounce the words moreover to understand the meaning. But, when I keep listening to those songs, I think that I get used to it. That’s why now I often visit http://www.mygreek.fm so I can listen to new greek music everyday. If you are bored with the songs you keep hearing all day long and you need some new style of music, perhaps you should consider some Greek songs.

I’m sure that you will be weird to hear the songs for the couple first times, but that’s not going to be a problem if you keep listening to those songs over and over again.
