I agree, what we call classical music involves an extraordinary wide range of instruments,
and compositions of such complexity and size are typical for this kind of music.
Nevertheless, every musical style has its own attraction and fascination.

Classical music is the pinnacle of music, all other music is just primitive. I enjoy Rock, Jazz, Metal, Blues, Folk and even some electronic – but there is no genre as diverse, powerful and majestic as Classical music.

I’m amazed that Canon in D wasn’t on the list!
Don’t get me wrong, I truly love Beethoven’s symphonies, Mozart’s concertos. Fucik’s marches, Orff’s Carmina Burana (not just ‘O Fortuna’) and Elgar’s “Pomp & Circumstance” and “Enigma Variatons”(which I love, especially the 6:13 theme); but I think there’s, in my opinion, “better” classical music.

i love rock and roll but i also love classical music. it calms me down.
I love classical music on the whole, but it usually takes something really intense like Beethoven or Tchaikovsky to really get me.
